UPS Partner-Carrier-Programme (PCP) sending into E
Hello, I am trying to send small parcels through Amazon with UPs partnered carrier. I have done the Fiscalead questionnaire as instructed but have no idea where to go from here? When I go to make a shipment to Germany the option for small parcels is greyed out as if it is not an option. I have also been told I need to be approved by UPS brokerage to ensure I am compliant but when I phone UPS they have no idea what I am talking about?? I am also confused about the cost of the whole process, I am unsure as to the 599 EURO annual charge with Fiscalead as to what is included in that price, and also as well as paying the 599 EURO how much will UPS charge to ship parcels? Can someone please help me and walk me through this! Thanks in advanced!!

from the info on the help pages it seems the partnered carrier service to europe is still suspended
have a search for the thread titled ‘worldoptions’ as this has the info about using your own courier/broker to send to amazon germany

They are charging 15.71 euros per 20kg box although they said this will reduce if the number of boxes is higher.
It is a complete non starter for me at these prices. Some of my products will work but then the 599 euro charge will seem more.
It is just a pilot at the moment so is not available to all sellers.

We tried Amazon Partnered Carrier for one consignment in January. It was a disaster, with the entire, severely bashed up shipment being returned 3 months later. The reason was “missing paperwork” even though the document pouches were still attached and never opened. By then we were already using World Options.
World Options is expensive if you are only sending a single box. We are now sending 15-20 at a time. The cost is now around £12-15 per box. It’s by no means perfect but it’s the best I’ve found.

I gave up on SAD docs and put up my prices to cover this.
We’ve had no issues with delivery. Pretty much everything goes to Senlis (CDG7) and is delivered by UPS in 48 hours.

I am very interested how this new UPS PCP works. If anyone has used it since it has restarted please comment your experience and answer any of the questions above.

It hasn’t restarted.

Oh yes, I got that along with the one about the pallet program. They want to charge €599 (no doubt plus VAT) for something I’ve already sorted out by myself months ago. PAN-EU sellers needed help in January, not 9 months later.
The restock limits stopped us from using the PSP (Pallet Shipping Program). A pallet was double our restock limit at the time. Not only that, I just don’t trust them any more.

Hello, I completely agree but currently we spend about £400 per shipment, so if UPS are shipping at around 15 EUROS a box it would work out at about £250 a shipment which would be a great saving for us which is why we are so interested in it. I am surprised not many have tried it yet and why it is so difficult to definitely find what the price per box is approximately.

Has anyone had any joy with this new scheme?
I have paid the 599 and sent one small UPS parcel to test the system - sent on 25th Jan to Germany and still not arrived.
Fedex parcels getting into France a lot quicker
Does it get better?
