Help! Advice needed to get account unblocked!
- Been trying to migrate to a US professional account from UK individual account, and was advised by Amazon to use same email (Amazon Global Selling) to sign up on US seller central.
- When trying to verify the account, it’s basically blocked us out as the LLC address didn’t match with the passport and utility bill address (both UK based).
- Now amazon are saying that the only way to resolve it is by trying again with a new email- but I’m scared they are going to block me permanently as you can’t normally have more than 1 account?
What is the best way to resolve this now? I keep getting the same response from amazon (screenshot attached) when opening a case log.
