Using Amazon warehouses for EU cross border orders

We’re looking to set up distribution hubs within the EU, possibly starting with Germany, and the question was raised as to whether Amazon provide any assistance in setting up this sort of sales channel?

Can they provide assistance with EU EORI, VAT #, any packaging license requirements etc?

Also if we manage to set up the above do we need an EU One Stop Shop Number to sell cross border, from Germany, to other EU countries?

I’m not entirely sure what you mean?

Do you mean, that you want to use Amazon FBA warehouses, to fulfil orders in the EU?
Or do you mean that you want to setup your own fulfilment warehouses in the EU?

And are you fulfilling orders on Amazon sites or other sites?
