Using “other” as shipping method for VTR
Hi All,
I wanted to ask if I can get any help with this one as I’m going around in circles with seller support.
We use a small courier company for our big items that provide tracking but as a URL They are not an integrated courier and i have followed the steps to make sure it is set as “other”. I have seen the VTR report and even though it is set as “other” and has no tracking id and It is still going against us as a metric.
Has anyone had this issue before and any resolution as the VTR is now gone to 0.11 as the “workarounds” recommended by amazon don’t work anymore?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

If it is untracked mail you need to buy it directly from amazon.
Other still requests a tracking number even if its not integrated

I thought that non integrated couriers were supposed to be exempt?
Can’t help you I’m afraid, you appear to be doing everything correct, its likely the broke something when they removed stamps/franking.
Maybe if you try to put it to SS as a technical fault? Quote the sections from the FAQ that state that non integrated couriers are supposed to be exempt.
Otherwise you could try MD - though getting help from there seems to be hit or miss at the moment, others have reported receiving help, some like me were just ignored and never received a reply, others reported it being just like SS (regurgitating help pages)
