VAT problem with registration

This will be a strange case I have been a member of Amazon since 2004 and have never has a VAT problem because of the small amount earned. Now I am being told that I need to supply a Certificate of Incorporation - difficult as I do not have a VAT registered number as I have never been a VAT payer - I cannot be the only person to have had this problem - any advice pleased :relieved:

A certificate of incorporation, has nothing to do with VAT.

What is on a certificate of incorporation?

A certificate of incorporation is a legal document that shows you’ve formed and registered your limited company with Companies House. This is in line with the Companies Act 2006. In essence, it’s your company’s birth certificate . It shows the name of your company, its registered number and the date it was incorporated.
