Hey everyone!
I'm here to tell you my story of extreme negligence from the side of Amazon.
On April 10th ,i have received a violation related with Customer Reviews. The paths for resolution of such violation were connected with appeal submission, which i have submitted and received a response on April 15th, in which the corresponding team wanted to have more information about preventative measures. I have provided this information as well, but received similar response on April 18th. After multiple conversations with Account Health Specialists i have added new points to my appeal and submitted it on April 21st , but unfortunately, this time, i have not received ANY response since April 21th.
What complicates the situation even more, is the fact, that my account has been suspended on April 25th due to low Account Health Rating and my automatic un-enrollment from Account Health Assurance. According to the words of Account Health Specialists, my account reinstatement is highly dependent on this violation resolution, but that is obviously not happening due to the fact, that they're still reviewing my submission for almost 14 days now(!) , even though in April they took around 3 days to provide a response.
I'm quite eager to return back to the game and have my account reinstated, but i feel that without a proper nudge i'll be waiting for a year for that team to respond.
That is why, i really need your help, Forum Mods,
Please, review my account information and push corresponding team to actually provide a coherent response, either removing a violation or guiding me properly with the next steps.
