Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
We are writing to urgently request an increase in our FBA storage capacity to 65,000 cubic feet due to a significant and unexpected reduction in our allocated space.
Current Situation:
Our core products (ASINs: B0C6JS1NJ1, B0C6JRNMJK, B0BBSZHGLR) have inventory ages within 60 days and are selling robustly. However, our storage capacity plummeted from 65282 cubic feet in May to 44529 cubic feet—a reduction of 20753 cubic feet—initially pushing the inventory utilization rate to 122%. This storage limitation has prevented us from shipping necessary inventory, which will negatively impact sales and the customer experience during critical promotional periods.
Additional Considerations:
These products are seasonal, and we are currently in their peak selling season. We have already submitted and been approved for Prime Day deals, and we urgently need to restock inventory before Prime Day to meet anticipated demand. The current storage restriction hinders our ability to ship essential inventory, threatening sales performance and customer satisfaction during this crucial period.
Request:
We kindly ask for an immediate increase in storage capacity to 65,000 cubic feet to:
Maintain sufficient stock levels and avoid sales disruptions;
Ensure smooth operations and support continuous business growth on the platform;
Fulfill Prime Day commitments and meet peak-season demand.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We are happy to provide any additional details needed and will fully cooperate with any steps required to facilitate this request. Please let us know if there are further actions we can take to advance the process.
