There used to be a report in Business Reports called Brand Performance and it had the total number of customer reviews by ASIN as well as average customer review. This report is no longer showing in Business Reports and I can not find it or an alternate report that will show me the same information. Where did this report go?

Capacity limit request - rescinded?

We were hit with sudden capacity limit decreases at the end of April, so for June I requested additional capacity, which was granted. We were able to send in what we needed until last week, when a refill order for one of our storage categories was capped again. Looking in Capacity Manager, it looks like our granted request was rescinded, revoked, or canceled so we no longer have the extra space? Next to 'Your granted requests' it says "0.00 (Adjusted from XX.00)". Has anyone else experienced this?

Amazon Miscounted units at warehouse FBA

I’ve sent in Hundreds of units that are now missing from FBA? Do I I just sleep and wait for Amazon to adjust or do I need to get someone involved ?

I’ve also had a shipment where I sent ONLY 90 units BUT Amazon decided to CHARGE ME and verified that I sent 190 Units in a box when it couldn’t even possibly fit .

I submitted a report regarding an illegal product, and received a response from Seller Support confirming that the product is non-compliant and restricted from sale per Amazon policy (Case ID: 17852603401).

However, the ASIN remains active and purchasable more than 48 hours later.

Is there a typical timeframe for removal after such confirmation? Should this be escalated further, and if so, how? Looking for advice from experienced sellers or Amazon support.

Good Evening,

Earlier today I received a highly suspicious review on one of my products. ASIN: B0DT2SR5TD.

I looked on this person's profile and I see that they do not have a long history of leaving product reviews on Amazon. They only have written 5 product reviews and they were all on the same day (April 20,2025) and they were mostly all negative.

The issue I have is that this product is specifically for people with erectile dysfunction and the person stated in their review that they did not even need this product. Secondly, they are stating that my product is cheap and they are urging people not to purchase it. Thirdly, the review doesn't state anything about the functionality of the product or exactly what they were unhappy with, which gives me an indication that this may not be a legitimate product review. It appears to be fake. Normally people have a history of leaving product reviews on Amazon and they tend to be mixed reviews, not all negative like this person's reviews.

I would kindly request that this review be removed from my product listing as this is extremely misleading and damaging to my customers and my business.

Account verification and products issue

Hello everyone. I'm facing some issues with my sellar central

1) My account is deactivated due to inactivity, so when i verify my account again, upload all required documents and click verification, it doesn't verify it. Means it says page will refresh in 30 sec but nothing happens and I'm on still in verification page waiting for my documents to be verified. After this, i receive email from sellar central that my documents couldn't be verified bcuz of image clarity/quality issues. I used the same image as i used for first time verification, then it was verified but now it doesn't

2) My product reached warehouse but pieces were too many so few are available and rest are FC Transfer. So the issue is when i search my product on amazon it doesn't appear, if my search by ASIN it still don't appear.

Please help me with these both issue's

Hello Sellers and Amazon Support,

I need urgent help regarding a brand approval issue that is becoming extremely frustrating and unfair.

I applied for approval to sell Brand products. I have:

✅ A valid Letter of Authorization (LOA) clearly stating that I am allowed to resell their products on Amazon

✅ A complete and authentic invoice from an authorized distributor

✅ Order confirmation and tracking info

✅ A healthy Amazon account with no performance issues or violations

Still, my approval request was rejected — without a clear explanation. Every time I contact Seller Support, I only receive generic responses.

The LOA I received from the brand clearly mentions specific ASINs and states that I am authorized to resell those products on Amazon under those ASINs.

If Amazon is mentioned in the LOA itself and I’m following all policies, then why is my request being rejected while other sellers are already selling these same ASINs?

It seems the documents aren’t even being properly reviewed. I’m holding inventory and this delay is causing financial loss.

I request Amazon to take this seriously and escalate the issue to the relevant team for manual document review.

If anyone from the community has faced a similar issue and found a resolution, please share your experience.

Replacement order stuck in pending

I received a return request stating that an incorrect item was shipped and requesting a replacement. The replacement order is showing as "Pending" for 12 hours now, though, and at a replacement order price of $0.00, and Amazon is indicating that it is in pending because the buyers credit card has not cleared. This obviously makes no sense. Anyone else run into this situation? I would like to get the replacement sent to the buyer ASAP.

Dear Representative,

I’ve been selling on Amazon for about 8 years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a serious issue. I’ve never asked for help on the forums before, but I’m currently stuck and truly need assistance.

I submitted multiple requests to increase my FBA standard-size storage limit for June. I spoke with a representative who was helpful and escalated the issue to the internal team. Since this was my first time facing something like this, I expected it would be resolved—but unfortunately, it wasn’t.

When I didn’t receive a response to the case, I followed up by phone. However, I don’t believe the issue was fully understood. During the call, I was told I’d be able to send inventory in early July, but even my July requests have not been granted so far.

I’m willing to pay any applicable reservation fees. I would sincerely appreciate it if someone could review this situation and help me reach a resolution.
