Almost all of our accounts are facing the problem of losing the buybox. According to the recent forum feedback, the old accounts randomly lose the shopping cart, and the brand new Amazon accounts, whether you use FBM or FBA.
You will hardly win the buybox. I don’t know whether Amazon knows how long this bug or system error has existed. All our accounts and brand new and zero perfomance notification (Green health)
I contacted selle support many times, and they only copied and pasted some clauses and cases to tell us the principle of the buybox and how to obtain qualifications.
This is ridiculous, as if their job is to tell us, hey you need to read these articles, instead of helping us investigate what is going on.
