Worst destination country for packages lost
What are the worst destination countries for packages falling off cliffs, vanishing in broad daylight, growing wings and flying away, or being used as chairs for postal workers playing poker instead of doing their jobs.
For us top of the list is Greece with a 72% loss and refund rate – absolutely horrendous, have now stopped shipping to there.
Few other terrible European ones are: Italy; Ukraine; Bosnia Herzegovina; Finland; Austria; Sweden; Belgium; Macedonia
Extra-EU black holes for packages: Saudi Arabia (packages are vaporised by intense heat I reckon); Brazil; India; Sri Lanka
Lowest loss and refund rates: Germany; Switzerland; Australia; USA; Ireland; Netherlands; Norway

Italy, by far. There are quite a number of threads on here with reference to Italy. We also have blocked sales to Italy on the other place.

Itlay tops. But France is very bad, mainly due to many/most buyers not including their apartment numbers.

we stopped all sales outside the UK because we had about 80% of items going ‘missing’!
