Wrong item sent back
Can you believe that Amazon says I have to partially refund a customer for sending me an item I don’t sell and that way I get back the pre paid label price that way too? No I do not! This is illegal to expect a seller to refund for an item they don’t sell ? plus not refunding me £3.35 for the pre paid label? How do i get my money back because they said on chat if i do not partially refund in 2 days Amazon will automatically take all money for refund and not refund me for label ? Surely this is illegal and theft?

There are multiple threads about this issue. Search and you will find.
But basically, there isn’t much you can do.
You can send an email to the customer basically asking them if they have made a mistake, and offer to return it.
You can report them to Amazon.
But at the end of the day, all they need to do, is to wait a couple of days, then open an A-Z for a full refund. It’s just one of the joys of selling on here.
And just for the record, it is quite possible that the buyer made a mistake with the return.

I have contacted the customer who has not replied and Amazon are still saying i can deduct postage cost from refund that they have told me not to refund ? So i have an item i cant sell that I have paid £3.30 for plus a potential A-Z being opened for not refunding, and I WILL PROBABLY HAVE REFUND TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I have told customer I am not refunding and why but I am not satisfied with the way Amazon has dealt with this and basically its theft.
