Surely if FBA send out an incorrect item they should take responsibility for it? But NO. A customer receives a completely different item (one that we’ve never stocked) instead of the correct item which we’ve sold 100’s of. And the negative feedback belongs to me.
The feedback removal tool really has turned into a bit of a joke. It’s a pretty fair reflection of the disrespect Amazon show to their sellers. We used to enjoy selling on Amazon - but the Customer Service we get is know far worse than the eBay Concierge Service.
