The Statement View in your Payments Report shows you when and how much you will be paid. We update this information automatically so that it always shows up on the Payments Report.
The Payments Report will sometimes display an Unavailable Balance. This is normal when selling on Amazon. An Unavailable Balance usually indicates the amount of funds that has been reserved to ensure that you have enough funds on hand to fulfil any refund requests from buyers or other types of chargebacks.
Keeping your seller account up to date and in good standing is the best way to prevent potential payment delays.
It can take up to 5 working days for your money to appear in your bank account after we’ve initiated payment.
If you expected a payment but did not receive one, go to the Account Health page in Seller Central to learn more about your account performance and payment policy.
