Amazon Partnered Carrier Programme overview

Partnered Carrier Programme: overview and benefits

Programme introduction

With the Amazon Partnered Carrier Programme, sellers using Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) can send eligible shipments to fulfilment centres across Europe at discounted rates. The programme is available for both small parcel deliveries (SPD) and palletised less than truckload deliveries (LTL) or full truckload deliveries (FTL). Small parcel deliveries consist of units packed in boxes, and each box is individually labelled for delivery. These are typically smaller shipments that are sent via UPS or Amazon (DHL-managed), or Geopost Group (DPD DE, DPD UK, SEUR and Chronopost). Pallet shipments combine individual boxes on pallets for delivery. These are typically shipped via UPS Freight or Kuehne+Nagel.

Note: To review promotions on shipping inventory for FBA, go to the Current FBA promotions section.

Partnered Carrier Programme cost calculation: fees

The best way to view partnered carrier fees for your shipment is to have a look in Seller Central once a shipment is created. In the new shipment creation workflow, complete step 1 by adding all ASIN and box-level information. Once finished, you can see the estimated cost for the Partnered Carrier Programme by looking at Shipping mode > Small parcel delivery (SPD) or Less than truckload delivery (LTL) > Select shipping carrier. Small parcel delivery fees are calculated based on pickup store, destination fulfilment centre and number of boxes shipped. LTL fees are calculated based on the pickup location, the location of the destination fulfilment centre and the number of pallets shipped.

Note: We’re currently running two separate promotions on shipping inventory for FBA. For more information, go to the Current FBA promotions section.
