Two-Day Delivery eligibility revocation

If you offer Two-Day Delivery as one of your delivery options, you must continue to meet all of the eligibility requirements.

If your performance metrics fall below the established thresholds, your eligibility might be revoked. Two-Day Delivery will be disabled on your offers, and your status will change to Not eligible on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool. You will be unable to offer Two-Day Delivery as a delivery option for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days.

There are various reasons your status might show Not eligible in the tool. For more information, see Requirements for Two-Day Shipping and Review Performance of Seller-Fulfilled Orders for Premium Shipping Options.

If your performance improves after a minimum of 7 days, your status will change to Eligible on the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool under Customer Satisfaction, and you will once again be eligible to offer the Two-Day Shipping option.

If your eligibility to offer Two-Day Delivery has previously been revoked and you continue to fail to meet the requirements for Two-Day Delivery for a further 90 days, you might be removed from Premium Shipping options until you provide us with a plan of action to improve your performance. In such a case, your status will change to Restricted in the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool. For more information about the plan of action process, see Submit a Plan of Action for Premium Shipping options.
