Multiple return addresses

You can set a default return address for all stores in a given region or set different default addresses for each of the stores you sell in.

Your default return address is the address that will be used on all returns and printed on the return label for return requests in that selected store. In some cases, this may also be the business address associated with your selling account.

  1. From your seller account, select Settings, and then click on Return Settings.
  2. From the Returns Settings page, click on the Manage Return Addresses tab. You will see all of the default return addresses for each of the stores that you sell in.
  3. To set or change your default return address, click on the Pencil icon for the store you would like to edit.
  4. From the pop-up menu, select the default return address you would like to use, and then click on Use this address.
