Premium Delivery and guaranteed delivery

Premium Delivery allows you to provide fast delivery options to customers. These fast delivery options, with tracking, can improve the customer experience by communicating a clear delivery day.

In the Amazon European marketplaces, Premium Delivery options include One-Day Delivery and Two-Day Delivery. Find out more about Requirements for One-Day Delivery and Requirements for Two-Day Delivery.

These fast delivery options with tracking improve the customer experience by communicating a clear delivery day to the customer. For answers to common questions, see Premium Delivery options FAQ.

Participation eligibility

If you have been selling on Amazon for more than 90 days, and an order count of ten or more orders in the past 30 days across all delivery options, you are eligible to offer Premium Delivery options.

To get started, enable One-Day Delivery and/or Two-Day Delivery in your delivery settings.

Once you start delivering with Premium Delivery options, Amazon will determine your ongoing eligibility by your delivery performance for orders with Premium Delivery excluding seller-fulfilled orders with a Prime badge. Refer to your Premium Delivery Eligibility dashboard to track eligibility.

Not all sellers are eligible to offer Premium Delivery options. Check the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool to see if you are eligible.

To maintain eligibility for Premium Delivery, you must meet or exceed the following requirements for the trailing 30 days*:

  • Valid tracking rate: 100% for Premium Delivery orders. For a complete list of approved carriers, click here.
  • On-time delivery rate: Greater than or equal to 97% for Premium Delivery orders. For more information, see On-Time Delivery Score.
  • Seller-initiated cancellation rate: Less than 0.5% for Premium Delivery orders. See Cancellation Rate for more details.
Note: There is a lag of 10 days in getting carrier data. Hence, we will measure your performance from day 40 to day 10 in the past. We will exclude Seller-Fulfilled Prime orders from the evaluation. Seller-Fulfilled Prime Orders will be evaluated separately as mentioned on Seller-Fulfilled Prime help page.

To offer Premium Delivery options, you must continue to meet the requirements at all times, and we might revoke your eligibility if you fail to meet any requirements.

Eligibility revocation

If any of your performance metrics fall below the established thresholds for Premium Delivery, Amazon will revoke your eligibility. Premium Delivery options will be disabled on your offers, , and your status will change to not eligible in the Premium Delivery Eligibility dashboard. Your Seller-Fulfilled Prime offers will be unaffected by revocation of eligibility for Premium Delivery.

Premium Delivery eligibility restoration

Any time after an eligibility revocation, you can submit a Plan of Action to request the restoration of your eligibility to Premium Delivery.

For answers to common questions, see Premium Delivery options FAQ. To find out how to set delivery rates for Premium Delivery Options, see Set your delivery rates.

Order Cut-off Times

The order cut-off times for your Premium Delivery options orders must be set to at or after 2:00 p.m. local time.
