Once you have confirmed your shipment in step 2 of the Send to Amazon workflow, you can print labels for each box. Each box you send in must have a label. Make sure to apply the right label on the right box.
All boxes for small parcel delivery must have a Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) box ID label and a carrier label. To download the labels, click on Print box labels in step 3 of the shipment creation workflow. For more information about labelling your boxes, see Shipment label requirements.
If you are using an Amazon partnered carrier:
If you are using a non-partnered carrier:
You must put an FBA box ID label on the outside of each box so the labels will be visible when the pallet is unpacked at the fulfilment centre. For more information about labelling your boxes, see Shipment label requirements.
To learn how to change or cancel your shipment, see Send to Amazon: Change or cancel a shipment.
In step 2 or step 3 of the workflow, you can see the ship-from address that you selected during step 1 in the step 1 header. You will not be able to change this address after you confirm a shipment in step 2 of the workflow.
Once you accept shipping charges in step 2, you will be able to download FBA box ID labels for each box in your shipment and print them out.
When you indicate that you have handed off your shipment to the carrier, the shipment moves to Shipped status. Once it is in Shipped status, our fulfilment centres know to prepare to receive your inventory, avoiding unnecessary delays.
You can get information about all confirmed shipments from your Shipping Queue and search for them using the shipment ID. Clicking on a shipment from the Shipping Queue will take you to the Shipment Summary page. There you can track your shipment, see shipment contents and reconcile inventory.
