Why am I no longer receiving order notification e-mails?

As long as you have email order notifications enabled in your Account Settings, Amazon will send you a notice every time a new order is placed. If you are no longer receiving these emails, you should make sure that:
  • You have no firewall or anti-spam software installed that is blocking these emails.
  • Email order notifications are still enabled in your Account Settings.
  • You have received new orders since the emails stopped coming.
