You can buy and track all of your Seller-Fulfilled Prime and non-Prime Delivery directly through Buy Shipping with your own agreed rates for Royal Mail.

To link your Royal Mail account:
This is your Royal Mail account ID and it is a 10-digit number usually starting with ‘0’. You can find this in your Royal Mail online business account (OBA) > navigate to User details where Account number is displayed or refer to a recent monthly invoice. If you are unsure, please contact Royal Mail directly.
This is your Company’s Legal Name and the same name used for your Royal Mail account.
This is a 10-digit number usually starting with ‘9000XXXXXX’.
You can find this on your Royal Mail OBA (Online Business Account). Log into your Royal Mail OBA, click on the ‘Orders’ tab and search for any ‘Completed’ orders. You can then reprint any order, which shows the posting location in the left hand corner of the paperwork underneath the cruciform and ‘Your Description’. If you are unsure, please contact Royal Mail directly.
You can find this on a recent Royal Mail invoice.
Once you have successfully submitted the account linking form, your Account Status will display Pending on the Manage your Carrier accounts page. If the information you have provided matches your Royal Mail account details and you have Tracked services enabled on your Royal Mail account, the Account Status will turn to Active within 1-2 business days. Your Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services will now be available in Buy Shipping.
Your account information is submitted to Royal Mail. If the information you have provided matches with the records on your Royal Mail account and you have tracked services enabled, your rates for Tracked24 and Tracked48 services will appear in Buy Shipping services within 1-2 days. If your rates do not appear in two business days, please contact Royal Mail to confirm your account details and that the tracked services are enabled on your account.
Once your Royal Mail account is active, the Account Status will display the below message.
This error message occurs because your Account Number is invalid. Your Account Number is a 10-digit number and usually starts with ‘0’. If your Account Number is 9 digits and does not start with ‘0’, please prefix a ‘0’ to your Account Number and re-submit.
Please contact Royal Mail to confirm that your Royal Mail Account Number, Postcode and Posting Location ID are correct. When submitting the form, please ensure that all mandatory fields are completed, verify that there is a space between the first and second part of your postcode and you have removed all spaces in the phone number. If you are still unable to link your Royal Mail account, Contact us.
Please wait at least two days for account linking to complete. If the status is ‘Pending’ for longer than two days, please contact Royal Mail to ensure the Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services are activated on your account. If you had the Tracked services added to your account previously but they have not been used recently, it could be that the prices have expired. We will not be able to link your account unless these services are active. Once the services have been activated on your account, and provided that the information you have submitted matches with the records on the account, the Account Status will update to ‘Active’ in 1-2 days. If you have confirmation from Royal Mail that the services are active and we are still unable to link your accounts, please Contact Us.
