Nicotine
Free Electronic cigarettes or other devices which could contain nicotine, including shisha or hookah inhaling devices—the listings should state explicitly 'Nicotine Free’or ‘No Nicotine’—provided they are sold only to people aged 18 years or over and you have sufficient procedures in place to verify that the customer is aged 18 years or over. Examples of Prohibited Listings
Tobacco, or any product that contains tobacco, such as:
Blunt wraps
Cigarettes
Cigars
Dipping tobacco, chewing tobacco and other smokeless tobacco products.
Electronic cigarettes or similar devices (including e-shisha and e-hookah cigarettes) and their refill containers, liquids, cartridges, pods or sticks, are prohibited if they contain nicotine.
Shisha or hookah products if they contain nicotine.
Electronic cigarette tanks with a capacity exceeding 2ml.
Electronic cigarettes and e-liquids that have not been notified. After December 31, 2020, notification must be made via the EU-CEG for products in Northern Ireland, or via the GB Domestic Tobacco Products Notification System for products in England, Scotland and Wales.
Herbal products for smoking that have not been notified. After December 31, 2020, notification must be made via the EU-CEG for products sold in Northern Ireland, or via the GB Domestic Tobacco Products Notification System for products sold in England, Scotland and Wales.
Smoking apparatus, including pipes, intended for use with illegal drugs.
Novelty lighters
Other nicotine-based products, unless approved by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as aids to smoking cessation

makes reference to any illegal drug or other product prohibited from sale, including any cannabinoids

Carbonated beverages
Slush or slushies
Milk, milkshakes or smoothies
Pancakes or waffles
Rainbow
Bubble-gum
Popcorn
Hemp and cannabidiol (CBD)
