Pan-European FBA helps you to sell across Amazon’s EU stores by enabling placement of your inventory closer to customers.
After you send your products to an EU fulfilment centre, we store your inventory across our EU fulfilment network in the countries that you have enabled for inventory placement in order to meet anticipated customer demand. We distribute your inventory across these countries at no additional cost. You can track your Pan-European FBA offers by using all of your standard reports and tools.
Pan-European FBA will become active for a product only after you create an active FBA offer in all of the Amazon European stores listed as required on Pan-European FBA Inventory and enrol the ASIN in Pan-European FBA.

From the Pan-European FBA inventory page, you can now manage your offers for these new European countries, whilst enjoying the fulfilment fee savings and fast delivery under the programme. Additionally, you can now select Poland as a standalone option for Pan-European inventory placement.
Due to Brexit, as of January 1, 2021, Amazon is unable to fulfil FBA orders and transship inventory across the border between the UK and EU. To sell with FBA in both the UK and EU, you will need to send inventory to fulfilment centres in the UK and EU. Click here to learn more
.By enabling countries for inventory placement, you authorise Amazon to allocate and store any of your FBA inventory in any or all of those countries. At its own discretion and at any time, Amazon may then move this inventory across EU fulfilment centres at no additional cost to you.
Many factors guide inventory movement, including placing inventory as close to customers as possible to maintain optimal delivery timelines for their purchases. This is possible even when inventory resides in a different country because your Pan-European FBA inventory is treated as a single inventory pool that is sellable in all Amazon EU stores (provided all offers are listed against the same SKU). Regardless of the country in which your inventory resides, you will pay the Fulfilment Fee in each country where inventory placement is enabled.
You cannot initiate movement between fulfilment centres for Pan-European FBA inventory – Amazon will take care of that for you.
When your inventory is out of stock in one store, Amazon will fulfil orders from your inventory in other stores, and you will continue to pay the Fulfilment Fee for the store where the order was placed, so long as the store’s country is enabled for inventory placement.
You can track movement of your inventory using the Cross-Border Inventory Movement report, the Daily Inventory History report and the Amazon Fulfilled Shipments report.
Inventory units that are trans-shipping are available for sale, and Amazon will continue to fulfil orders for those ASINs from your Pan-European FBA inventory pool. You can view trans-shipped inventory in the Reserved Inventory report and it will appear on the Manage FBA Shipments page as Reserved.
Standard selling on Amazon fees apply for each store on which an ASIN is listed. Pan-European FBA inventory might also be subject to the following fees:
