Customer Returns for Pan-European FBA
Customers will return products to a fulfilment centre in the
marketplace where they were purchased, regardless of products'
shipment origin. Returns are subject to our standard returns
If a customer returns a product, you can do any one of the
- Leave sellable inventory in the fulfilment centre to which it
was returned. It will be used to fulfil orders across Amazon's
European marketplaces at applicable marketplace rates.
- File a Removal Order to have the inventory returned to you or
