Customer Returns for Pan-European FBA

Customers will return products to a fulfilment centre in the marketplace where they were purchased, regardless of products' shipment origin. Returns are subject to our standard returns policy.

If a customer returns a product, you can do any one of the following:

  • Leave sellable inventory in the fulfilment centre to which it was returned. It will be used to fulfil orders across Amazon's European marketplaces at applicable marketplace rates.
  • File a Removal Order to have the inventory returned to you or disposed of. Learn more on the Create Removal Orders help page.
