You can enrol up to 100 products by using the Quick enrol feature. To enrol more than 100 products, you must use a template.
How to add products by using a template
Download the template from step 1 under Enrol up to 50,000 products on the Small and Light enrolment page. Then, follow the guidelines below for filling out the template.
Ensure that package dimensions and weights have been entered before enrolment.
Remove extra spaces before and after your MSKUs to prevent upload errors.
Ensure that you have entered MSKUs, not ASINs, into the enrolment file.
Always review your Processing reports for errors (for Professional selling plans only).
1. Review the Example tab.
The Example tab shows sample data that you can use as a reference when filling out the Upload tab.
2. Update the Template tab.
In the Upload tab, list the MSKUs that you would like to add to the programme. You must update the following items:
Country (Row 1). This is the store in which you are adding your MSKUs.
MSKU (Row 4 onwards). List all the MSKUs that you want to add. You can either use an existing MSKU or create a new MSKU if you are adding it to the programme. If you have an existing offer, you can choose to convert the offer to FBA to use the existing MSKU for the programme. If you intend to have offers in Small and Light and in other programmes, you can create a separate offer so that you have two MSKUs.
When you have finished filling out the form, save the Upload tab as a tab-delimited TXT file for future reference.
4. Upload your file.
Upload your tab-delimited TXT file in step 3 on the Enrol products tab.
5. Wait for processing to complete.
When the status of the upload is Done, read the status report. For MSKUs that were enrolled successfully into the Small and Light programme, you may start sending shipments to Amazon. For the MSKUs that generated errors, go to the error messages in the report.
6. Send us your products.
Send the Small and Light units to the fulfilment centres that we specify when you create your shipment plans.
Create offers in both FBA Small and Light and standard FBA
If you would like to have your ASINs in both FBA Small and Light and standard FBA, follow the steps below to create a separate Small and Light offer:
Review “Product eligibility” at FBA Small and Light to confirm that your products are eligible for the programme.
Create a new SKU and Fulfilled by Merchant offer for each ASIN that you want to enrol in Small and Light.
Confirm that you have entered package weights and dimensions for each new offer.
Enrol the new SKUs for review and approval at the Small and Light enrolment page.
Once your offer is approved, you can start sending your Small and Light inventory to Amazon. Your existing standard FBA offer will not change.
