The budget you set for your voucher will be shared amongst the following costs:
Let's see how budgets work with an example: You are offering a £4.00 voucher on a £25.00 item. The first day your voucher becomes active, 50 customers redeem the voucher (buy a voucher-eligible product after collecting the voucher). Your cost regarding these transactions will be calculated as follows:
(GBP equivalent of the discount you are offering * number of redemptions) + (redemption fees * number of redemptions)
(£4.00 * 50) + (£0.45* 50) = £200 + £22.50 = £222.50
Your budget will be depleted by £222.50 the following day as a result of this customer interest in your voucher.
We will take your voucher offline once your budget is 80% redeemed. This might result in a higher budget than initially expected as a customer who had already collected the voucher before reaching the budget threshold of 80% will still be able to redeem the voucher until the official expiry date.
