Error 6000: ValueName Below Minimum Character Limit
The value ValueName in the field FieldName contains fewer than the minimum number of characters allowed (MinimumCharacters).
This error occurs when you provide a numerical value that does not include the expected minimum number of characters. For example, UPC values should contain 12 characters. There are multiple reasons why this error may occur:
You provided a ProductIDType that differs from the type of value you entered for StandardProductID. For example, you entered a UPC value which requires 12 digits but indicated an EAN number which requires 13 digits.
Your value begins with one or more zeros which Excel removed before you exported your data. For example, your OrderID began with "058-", but Excel changed the beginning to "58-".
To resolve this error, please provide the correct number of characters as described in the data definitions for your field and resubmit your data.
If you are using Microsoft Excel to create your data file, you may want to reformat the column for this field as text instead of a number. This will prevent Microsoft Excel from reformatting your data. To do this:
Select the column in Microsoft Excel
Choose Cells... from the Format menu.
Choose Text from the Category menu box.
