After you receive an order notification and dispatch the order, you must confirm dispatch.
The Dispatch Confirmation Template allows you to upload confirmation information for multiple orders in a single file.
If you are dispatching to customers in the UK or EU countries from a non UK or non EU country, you must dispatch each order received under a single order number from the customer in a single delivery. You must not split a single order number into multiple deliveries or combine multiple order numbers into a single delivery as that may impact customer experience (for example, through additional tax collection) which in turn may impact your product reviews.
If you split the deliveries for the orders dispatched to the UK or EU countries, all deliveries must be dispatched from the same country as the first dispatch. If you are unable to fulfil the second package from the same country, cancel the partial dispatch. This is because the tax collection model is determined based on the ship-from address provided for the first dispatch. Further information on situations in which Amazon is required to collect and remit taxes by third-party sellers is available here.
