Over the last few months, we have made several temporary adjustments to our operations due to COVID-19. We continue to adhere to extensive health and safety measures and have made more than 150 process updates to protect our associates as they pick, pack and dispatch products to customers. Learn more about those efforts.
We have now removed quantity limits on products you can send to our fulfilment centres located in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain. We will continue to improve on customer promises and delivery speeds across our store.
We have also resumed the processing of individual products and parcels over 15 kg in our European marketplaces. We have changed our operations so we can receive, restock and dispatch these products while continuing to keep our employees protected and follow safety guidelines from local and international health authorities.

While a broader set of products can now be sent to our fulfilment centres in France, we are still limiting the quantity you can send for some of these products.
