Archived Order Reports

All orders beyond 1/1/2016 are archived. Orders older than 1/1/2016 are only available through Archived Order Reports. To access these reports, click Orders > Order Reports , and then click the Archived Orders tab.

An Archived Order Report is a tab-delimited text file that lists all products sold during a set time. Archived orders do not contain buyer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) including items such as buyer name, phone number, address or gift message.

The report only displays information for orders you have received during the year and month you select, including those you have cancelled or confirmed as shipped. All types of seller orders, both seller-fulfilled and fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), are included in this report.

Information about Order Reports for newer orders can be found in Order Reports and All Orders Report. Orders that are older than 1/1/2016 will not appear in Order Reports.
