Why is my spend higher than my budget?

We take your voucher offline when the budget is 80% used so that it is no longer visible to new customers. We allocate the remaining 20% to cover for redemptions of customers who have already collected the voucher. For customers who had already collected the voucher before 80% of the budget has been reached, we allow them to redeem vouchers until the expiry date of the voucher. In cases where 20% of your budget doesn't cover for the customer redeems until the expiry date, you might see your spend exceeding your budget. The risk of spend exceeding the budget decreases for higher budget amounts. For budgets under 10.000 £, you might expect a spend exceeding up to 15% (or more) of your budget.

Note: Increased discounts for customers can also occur if you reactivate a voucher before its official expiry date has been reached, or if you add an ASIN into a new voucher while this ASIN is still included in a voucher that has not yet reached its official expiry date; the discounts from the different vouchers are combined.
