Below are the key holidays planned for FBA Onsite 2020. There are three clear days when SWA will not operate: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The other bank holidays are subject to shippers requesting collections; if not, this will be considered a non-collection day as well.

Yes. Amazon automatically adjusts the customer promise for planned holidays.

When customers place orders, we let them know whether they will arrive before or after the holiday. Amazon automatically assigns delivery dates based on holiday site-closure schedules.

What do I do if I have to close my warehouse due to weather conditions?

Contact FBA Onsite Selling Partner Support to turn off carrier collections for that day.

What do I do if an employee is not available to work and I cannot handle the usual order volume?
