When you are setting up a connection using Build International Listings (BIL), you can choose the offers you want to replicate and price-synchronise internationally by:

In step 2 of the Build International Listings tool’s setup workflow, Offer types to connect, the entire catalogue option is selected by default. This option enables you to get all your eligible source marketplace offers replicated to the target marketplaces. To choose this option, click Save and continue.
If you don’t want to replicate your entire catalogue, click Customise. You can then choose the offers you want to replicate and price-synchronise by using offer creation rules or creating your own list of offers.
You can define rules for the offers you want to replicate and price-synchronise in the target marketplaces in two ways:
When you define offer creation rules, every new eligible offer created in the source marketplace that meets those rules will be replicated to the target marketplaces and its price will be synchronised.
