  • Add A+ content: Available to brands enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, A+ content lets you describe your product features with enhanced images, text placements, and stories.
  • Prioritize products with deals or coupons: Combining deals with advertising helps shoppers discover and purchase your products more easily.
  • Highlight strong performers: Review recent sales to identify products with consistent results. Items showing strong engagement leading up to Prime Day may continue to resonate during the event.
  • Plan for inventory and profitability: Consider advertising products with excess inventory while maintaining focus on items with healthy ACOS (advertising cost of sales — the percentage of sales spent on ads).

Combining multiple targeting types creates a balanced strategy for Prime Day and year-round.

  • Start automatic targeting early: Launch Sponsored Products automatic campaigns at least 6 weeks before Prime Day to discover new shopping patterns and keywords.
  • Build manual targeting campaigns: Use high-performing search terms from your automatic campaigns and bid on them competitively as exact match (ads show only for that specific search term).
  • Add negative keywords: Review your search term reports and add negative keywords (terms you don't want your ads to appear for) to focus spend on the most relevant searches.

We are facing a serious issue with Amazon’s video verification process.

* Account deactivated: Nov 5, 2025

* Funds stuck: ~£97,000+

* In funds appeal process for 5+ months

* Submitted all required documents (IDs, bank statements, Companies House, etc.)

As instructed, we attempted video verification multiple times.

Issue:

👉 No Amazon associate joins the call

* Attempted 3 times

* Waited 1–2 hours each time

* No option to schedule a fixed appointment

* No response from disbursement team

We also contacted Account Health Support, but they directed us to email the disbursement team.

However, the disbursement team only sends automated replies with the same video verification link, which again leads to calls where no one joins.

We are fully compliant, but unable to complete verification due to what appears to be a system failure.

Request to moderators:

Please help arrange a proper verification slot or escalate this internally.

hi guys and girls my account has been deactivated not sure why as I cannot get an answer from Amazon I've updated all my settings and Amazon has ticked everything also all in the green but no activation could someone let me know how to raise this issue with amazon thanks Stuart

Hello,

We are contacting you regarding the intellectual property complaints on our account which have resulted in removal of our selling privileges.

We have already submitted a detailed Plan of Action along with supporting documents multiple times. In our submission, we have clearly provided:

- Root cause explanation

- Corrective and preventive measures

- Zero risk confirmation

- Business legitimacy details

- Invoice documents

- Explanation regarding authorization (LOA)

- Evidence of attempts to contact the rights owner for retraction

However, we are repeatedly receiving responses stating that “required documents are missing or invalid,” without clear details on what specific information is insufficient.

We kindly request your assistance in clarifying the following:

1. What exact document or information is currently missing or considered invalid?

2. Is a retraction from the rights owner mandatory in this case?

3. Are our submitted invoices not acceptable, and if so, what specific criteria are not met?

We are fully committed to resolving this issue and complying with Amazon policies, but we need clear guidance to proceed correctly.

We respectfully request a manual review of our case and specific instructions on what exactly needs to be provided to reinstate our account.

Hello, can anybody help please? I have switched from royal mail CRL to BPL due to the most recent price increases making BPL cheaper but Amazon have de activated all of my listings.

I use click and drop and that sends the tracking numbers to Amazon once I dispatch, how can I keep selling on Amazon? I simply can't afford to send via CRL or Tracked.

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with my account. I have submitted a CS01 form; however, no information appears on the document. I have also provided all relevant documents filed with Companies House, including the most recent CS01, PSC01, and an official letter from my accountant, but these have been repeatedly rejected.

The reason given is that the share allotment document provided is not the most recently filed. However, I have already submitted the latest version available on Companies House.

I have been trading on Amazon for over three years without any previous issues. I am the sole director of the company, and all company information is up to date and publicly available on Companies House.

Could you please clarify why my documents are being declined and why my account has been deactivated?

Is Amazon Still Reholding Payments Over VTR Issues?

Hi everyone,

We used to sell on Amazon at A RESONABLE volume — hundreds of orders per week — and our account health was always excellent. Late dispatch, cancellations, A‑to‑Z, feedback… all consistently strong.

The only issue we struggled with was VTR. Because Royal Mail often didn’t scan items, our Valid Tracking Rate sat anywhere between 56% and 75%, even though everything was dispatched on time and delivered without problems.

Back then, VTR enforcement felt very strict and we even had payments re-held because of it. That hit our cash flow hard, so we eventually stepped away from FBM.

Looking at the forum now, a lot of sellers seem to be operating normally with VTR in the 80–90% range, and Amazon doesn’t appear to be enforcing it as aggressively as before.

So my question is:

Is FBM still worth doing in 2026, or are VTR and payment holds still a major risk for small/medium sellers?

We’re considering coming back, but only if the situation has genuinely improved.

Hi All, Wondering if anyone can give me some advice as I am at my wits end with amazon SS.

Asin B08ZYNXF3D is incorrectly listed under Permabloom Brand. This listing has been around for 8 years or so way before branding was a thing.

The problem I have is that the product is actually Florelle Internatlonal Ltd and I have sent proof of this to Amazon numerous times. The item is listed under the correct barcode also and I have provided Amazon with Invoices for this item from Florelle, I have embarrassingly asked for a letter of authorisation to list their products and use photographs off their website which have sent into amazon . I have also provided a copy of the GS1UK proof that the barcode is owned by Florelle and yet they keep coming back with " They cannot change the brand as will be confusing for customers?

Now the problem I have - last time I sent in some daffodils which are CBI brand and again listed incorrectly under brand name - The brand that the daffs are listed under filed a counterfeit claim against me and amazon blocked me from the listing and requested invoices. I sent them the CBI invoices and told them it was CBI brand etc but to no avail.

I am now worried same this will happen with these wreaths and surely it is against the law for amazon to know they are falsely declaring a branded item as another brand when they have been submitted proof.

Can anyone help as just soul destroying dealing with SS.
