I cannot understand one point, which is that I sold a certain product without knowing the infringement and did not issue an order. I received a genuine complaint and cannot remove the warning. Does anyone know how to solve it

you can get a violation just for listing the item, you don’t need to actually sold an item to a customer.

I believe you can even get one if you have the product in your inventory with zero stock.
