FBA fees - base on product weight or shipping weight?

I’ve got a couple of questions regarding costs.

1. Let’s say my product weight is 100g. Do I get charge FBA fees based on that 100g or is it 100g+Amazon’s packaging too. e.g. 200g?

2. Are there a list of different weight bands that show the FBA fee for each band? e.g. 99g or below is £1. But 100g to 199g is £1.50.
