Listing Suspended due to expired complaint. But the complaint itself explains the product hasn't expired
Hi,
I have a product for sale which is a rehydration sports energy drink. The products are sold in boxes of 10 sachets (1 per drink). Typically users would use 1 box per 4-6 weeks.
We had a user complaint which said he received Expired stock - This is impossible as all of our stock has the same expiration date of May/June 2022. The complaint itself states the following Customer Complaint Summary:* The expiry date is only 6 months from the purchase date, which is too short
Amazon has suspended FBA until we can give a breakdown of the issue and how we will stop this happening again. We have pointed out there is no problem as the product has 6 months left before expiry and there all stock in Amazon follows the Amazons guidelines of 90+ 30days for consumption of 1 box.
They are saying that is not enough because we need to address the fact this product has expired, when it hasn’t

Is it labelled with fnsku or commingled with other sellers ?
