Fulfil order
My account is deactivated and no longer in use so why have I received notification that I have sold something? Need to contact the buyer to say not able to fulfil this order. Please can amazon arrange this as I do not want to reactivate my account

Amazon will not do this. If you have received an order then your seller account cannot be deactivated ?!
Why do you think it was deactivated, and did you deactivate it, or was it done by Amazon for a reason - did you receive an email about it ? if you no longer wish to sell on Amazon then you need to close your account, but you can only close an active account, not a deactivated one.
