Compliance documents - how long to check these?

Hello.

I understand lately the bots have sent out lots of compliance document requests, how long will it take to check the documents that are "under review"?

We have been waiting 7 days on some of these so far.

The annoying thing is, one we submitted yesterday, was dealt with in less than hour. We tried to prompt them to respond to our older ones by replying to the case, but still nothing.

Considering, that they disabled some listings on the immediate request for compliance, it is completely unacceptable to wait 7 days on a such a thing.

However, as always, Amazon and basic logic do not mix well...
