New product listing / brand creating / brand name
Hi,
I have recently joined as an Amazon seller. I am really struggling to understand few things. If anyone can help me to get right answer
1) I can see some sellers selling products which has their store name appearing under the listing saying "Visit XYZ store" and the seller selling by XYZ name only. Is this because they have registered a brand and have trademark ?
2) If above question's answer is Yes then in some cases i can see other sellers selling too under the same listing - How it is possible if XYZ is the brand owner then others sellers are selling under the same listing
3) Seller who is selling other brand product for examble ABC seller is selling Brand P product but in the product title it says ABC water bottle. On the bottom of the title it says Visit the P store (brand). That means ABC seller is not owner of the brand or not having registry then why he is using ABC water bottle in product title ? - Can any other selling who is selling Brand P can jump in this listing ? If yes then product title says ABC water bottle and its promoting the seller -- How does this work ?
4) Two different product listing (china made) looks exactly the same and same information written on the product. Sold by two different sellers under different ASINs each. If I am getting exactly the same product from my vendor from China. Do I have to create a new listing as brand name they are mentioning is not matching with mine. My vendor says my brand doesn't have a name so it will go as a generic. Is it ok to have exactly the same looking product to create new ASIN ?
6) If I create a product listing for new ASIN. Is it ok If I make it active after month when I receive my products ? Is there any timeline after creating new ASIN/New Listing in certain days time I have to make it active and get going ?
5) How much approximately trademark in UK and brand registry with Amazon costs ?
I am sorry I am asking many questions and may be its silly questions for you all but for me its really important to get clear idea about this. Please help if you can !

Have you taken time to read and look at Amazon's Seller University (under Learn at bottom of seller homepage) ? - you really need to do that and many of your questions will be answered.
Not wanting to sound hard (and I genuinely mean that !), but answering your questions in detail would take far too long, you really need to do your own research before jumping in at the deep end, especially things like your question 5 - the info is there - Google is your friend.
Amazon is not easy when it comes to branding, and listings etc. If you list against an existing ASIN it must match EXACTLY in every way. Amazon created Brand registry and that then made a huge mess of the catalogue as all and sundry decided to create their own brand for items that anyone can buy from China. I cannot advise any further as not my category, but do your research before buying your goods, and work out all the costs of shipping here etc.etc. If you are buying goods that look the same as other items already in the catalogue, then is it a saturated market for those items ?, can you be sure that yours specifically will sell ? This is where you need to do your research before before buying your stock.
