Lost inventory in FBA warehouse transfer

Hi all, I'm quite new to Amazon FBA and I just wanted some advice.

I sent a shipment of 22 units of my products to Amazon FBA on 22nd July 2024, all 22 units were checked into Amazon warehouse RDU4 on the 28th July 2024, all 22 units were then warehouse transferred from RDU4 to VGT2 on the 28th July.

My problem is following my inventory ledger 0 of my units have been received at VGT2 even after 60 days.

I have started a support case ID 16325995521, however they keep telling me the units are still in warehouse transfer (the units they are referring to in warehouse transfer were new units shipped and checked into Amazon warehouse on the 1st October 2024).

They seem to be refusing to look into the fact that these 22 units were never checked into VGT2 and more than 60 days have passed!

My inventory is quite expensive to lose a quantity like that, does anyone have any advice on how to proceed please?

Hi @Seller_zUDpuQ520xCQu,

Even though an item is being shown as received in the inventory ledger this does not necessarily mean the item has been fully unpacked and all the units accounted for. If a box is intending to be transferred to another FC we will scan that box and send it through the system without unpacking it. When the item is received at its final destination FC that is when the units are unpacked and Sellers can reconcile their shipment.

If the Support team is saying the items are in still in warehouse transfer that is most likely where they are.

Best,

Dominic
