DD+7 Deferred transaction question
Hi,
I have a question about the new DD+7 deferred transactions. We've been changed over on the 12th September and ever since all sales go into the deferred transactions first. The first ones have a payment release date of 23/09/24, which is today, but they're still in deferred transactions and have not been released today.
Has anyone else had the same? Do they get released around the time the sales happened on the day?

We find the release on dashboard is about 9pm London time on date said. Mine was last Thursday and will not be in account until Wednesday next so you have a quite a wait for your cash. They don't use "Faster Payments" but older slower BACS Batch file system which takes about 5-7 days to get to your account.

I find if it says payment release date of 23rd then its the 24th before I can request the funds.
I am taking it they mean funds will be released on 23/09/24 at 23:59:59 not some time during the 23rd. I could be wrong as mkbooks1 has said and its 9am on the 23rd - or perhaps it is exactly 7 days after the date/time stamp on the delivery from the tracking information so the time will change.
But certainly if it says 23rd then you should be able to disburse on the 24th
