We're currently facing an issue with Amazon's Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) system, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced something similar and can offer advice or solutions.

The Issue:

Our system automatically imports tracking information into Amazon, and everything seems correct on our end. However, this information isn't being reflected on the Amazon front end. Specifically, the courier information isn't showing up, leading to our VTR not being updated correctly. As a result, we find ourselves manually updating each order's tracking information, which is time-consuming and not ideal.

Steps Taken:

We've double-checked our feed and everything appears to be in order. We're also in contact with Amazon support, but the issue persists.
