LBA4 - How can we report this specific fullfilment centre?

We have been on Amazon for many years and apart from the odd issue it has been fine, just recently anything that goes to LBA4, Unit IP9 Toronto Way, New Rossington, DONCASTER, DN11 0GU takes ages to be received, at best, and at worst I have lost entire shipments and had to be reimbursed.

I have done some basic searches and found complaints across platforms about this particular center from both sellers and employees. How can this be addressed? Who can we point out to that this one warehouse/ management team is ruining Amazon's reputation?

Amazon does not have a formal complaints procedure that has been made public.

Imagine if they did have one, it would have to be manned by the biggest department on Amazon!

All you can do is email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk with your concerns. But be realistic and don't expect anything to be done.

Just for your reference, LBA4 handles vast amounts of goods; it's the main UK fulfilment centre for sending containers directly from overseas to be handled and processed. Especially at a time like this, I would expect atleast a 2-3 week wait at LBA4.

I do understand that, but these are standard UK small parcel deliveries

I'll be honest with you, SPD is a lot worse than LTL in my opinion.

I've had far quicker turnaround with pallets than I ever do with an SPD shipment.

Think of the trailerload of SPD shipments they get it must be insane.

We send on average 20 large boxes of stock we manufacture ourselves every week, we've been with Amazon for 10 years, this is this first time whole shipments have disappeared. I think that says something
