Extended Producer Resonsibility
Hi all,
We've received an email about 'Pay on behalf' for EPR charges for products shipped from our FBA UK stock to customers in France and Spain, which leads me to two questions, the answers to which aren't in Amazon's guide.
First question: We have received an invoice for EPR charges for France, and notice that the both 25 euro service fees for 'Packaging' & 'Paper' have had a promotion applied so that they've only actually charged us the eco-contributions. However, as I can't find any information about this promotion, is this ongoing, or just for this year? And if it is ongoing, does it apply to the Spain fees too?
We don't mind the eco-contributions as they're minimal, but we sell so few products in France & Spain, that it's not worth 100 euros every year in service fees, which leads to my second question, if the promotion on service fees isn't ongoing...
Question two: How do we opt out of selling in those countries? Amazon's EPR guide mentions that we can opt out, but doesn't tell us how to!

We are in the same situation, I believe you need to put the country into holiday mode, switch to that country and delete all the listings. Would be nice if Amazon can confirm that the charges then will not apply.

Hallo,
ich habe das gleiche Problem und auch schon alle Länder außer Deutschland auf inaktiv gestellt und alle Produkte gelöscht.
Ich bekomme trotzdem ständig die Erinnerung an das Einreichen der UIN für Frankreich.
Ich würde gerne die anderen Ländern komplett löschen oder eine Bestätigung bekommen, dass ich zukünftig keine ERP-Abgaben in meinem Namen zahlen muss.
