Images don't ever update

Hello,

I have been attempting to update the images on my listing for a few weeks now. No matter what I do or changes I make in seller central the images on Amazon. I reached out to Amazon support and they said it's because I am no longer a "winning contributor" and someone merged my ASIN with a different one.

I am brand registered. This is MY listing and MY images.

How can Amazon allow someone else to take over control of my listing if I am brand registered?

Help! Seller support is absolutely useless as usual.

The simple answer is what you can't see. This is a bad time of the year to do that. Amazon doesn't want any changer to the catalog during holiday shopping season. Savvy scammers who buy a product today and then next week see the photos changes on the product they purchased, call customer service demanding full refunds with no return. To put a stop to this, amazon doesn't allow the changes.

Try using the Image uploader tool - it does work - sometimes.

(Check under the 'Catalogue' Menu item)

YUP we sell lots of big brand items where seems like someone swapped out manufacture images with blurry customer images some holding item and Amazon says only brand owner can fix even though image is horrible and does not meet guidelines Amazon FAIL so many times we shift items to another smarter More common sense platform! Amazon will always blame someone else rather than fixing any issues.

No, they never update. You update the photos, sell the item, ship it, and the customer is disappointed and requests a return because Amazon, unknowing to you, told the buyer to expect the item that was already sold to someone else, i.e. refused to update the photos and left the old photo. Even though you updated the photos. They will never update. I don't know what to do either. Create brand new listings for every unique item? So ridiculous. Such treatment is so uncalled for. We sellers have so much value yet we are not valued at all by our "partner."

I've had a similar situation. Sellercentral (yes sellercentral !) suggested that I delete the old images , wait 24 hours, and then insert the new images. It worked
