Deactivated and can not fix business information to resolve VAT mismatch

I'm hoping someone can help us here. A bit of background, we have been selling on Amazon.co.uk since 2018 and up until 2024 we have had our UK VAT number registered to our USA address and LLC name. We opened up a shop in the UK so decided to update our VAT business name to match our UK company name. This created a mismatch with our Amazon business name and our VAT business name. We have navigated to this section:
Seller Central > Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Business Address and Phone Number
however we receive the following error:
"Something went wrong, please try again later."
We have been through several cases with Seller Support, emailed every email we have been provided, and tried to navigate through the "Reactivate your account" button. Seller Support states that this issue is due to a KYC verification, so we have reached out to that team as well (with no response). This has become an urgent situation as Amazon has stated they will destroy our £50k inventory in the next month if our account is not reactivated.
We have also attempted to change our business information back with the HMRC, however their timeline on the change would be July 8th at which point all of our inventory will be destroyed. We have significant inventory tied up, employees hours being cut, and no solutions provided by Seller Support. Is there anyone who can help or provide any kind of contact information of Amazon support who can actually fix this issue?
