How to comment on a review

Hi Everyone,
I’ve been a seller on amazon for about 5 years now. And I have only needed to comment on a review a few times about 5 years ago. I’ve forgotten how to do it. I’ve reached out for help from amazon seller support and get the standard automated response that they can’t remove feedback. Which of course is not what I’m asking them to do, Ive searched the Internet for answers as I understand under each review there is 3 tabs.

  1. Helpful
  2. Comment
  3. Report abuse.
By mine seem to be missing the comment tab in the middle. I’ve asked amazon to re enable the comment tab, but I keep getting none sense replies about the buyer being allowed their own opinion etc (this is about a tested and certified necklace that I have all documents on, that the Custer claims is not silver, although she still kept it as says it’s beautiful :woman_shrugging:
I would just like to state the facts that’s all as amazon refuse to remove it.
Does anyone know how to don it?

Hi,
This feature is no longer available. You are unable to respond to a customer product review because Amazon have recently removed the comment button.
