Revised enumeration value for unit count type based on item form value across 33 PTs

To provide a better experience for our customers, we have made updates to configurations to unit count and item form attributes for 33 product types (PTs).

Unit count: This attribute indicates the total number of units that the product has, for products that are consumed by volume, weight, linear, dimension and so on. This attribute also defines the unit of measure. For example, fluid ounces, ounces, feet and so on for your product and depends upon the product type (PTs) and item form of your product. We also use the unit count value to display the price per unit of the product to customers.

Item form: This attribute defines the form of your product. For example, for a “Shampoo” product type, some of the forms are cream, liquid and foam. If your ASIN is a product type where the item form is required, you must select a value from the drop-down list that best represents the form of your product.

We have added additional unit count type and item form values for 33 product types (PTs) where unit count type is conditionally enumerated based on item form. That is, in these PTs, the value of unit count type will be derived based on the item form value selected during listing.

These attributes are mandatory for listings created one at a time or in bulk and will be effective from October 2022. All ASINs in these selected product types will need to have these attributes populated when submitting new ASINs or updating existing ASINs starting from October 2022. Not populating these mandatory attributes or having unit count type values which are not valid will prevent any new selection creation in the relevant product types.

Note: This will not delist selection that you have listed before October 2022. If you have ASINs in your inventory in any of the selected product types that do not have an item form or unit count type value, you may begin updating these attributes by referring to the item form list.

Oh Joy! Oh Wonderful! More items then that will be suppressed and no tools to fix the suppressions. I have been trying to add count information for over 2 years. I put in the count info and the system then removes that info within 48 hours and then asks for the information that was removed to be added again
