Blocked account - different address in merchant business and VAT UK Certificate

Our account has been blocked because our Merchant Business address does not match the UK VAT certificate.

Our account has been blocked because our Merchant Business address does not match the UK VAT certificate.
When we registered VAT in the UK, we provided our Merchant Business address. The HMRC office that issues the VAT certificate in the UK, instead of our address, gives its address as a tax representative in their country. They do this with all companies that are not based in their country. This is a common practice and is not illegal.
It’s been 14 days and I have no answer.
Does anyone have or had a similar problem?
