GTIN Still Required After Brand Registry and Category Exemption Approval

I have a brand registered in Brand Registry, and the associated category was approved for GTIN exemption (I have case# ) in January 2024. However, when I attempt to create a listing (Add a Product) today, the system still prompts me to provide a GTIN.

Could you please advise on the next steps? Should I file a case with customer support to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi there @Seller_kVUXtJJcXgJLE,

Are you trying to add multiple products at once as a variation? The Add a Product tool cannot create a Variation listing without a GTIN. You can however create listings individually and then create a Variation using the Variation Wizard after. If that isn't the issue I would recommend you create a Case with Seller Support and provide it here. Thank you for your understanding.
